 Penny's Place is a permitted B&B with four elegantly furnished, squeaky clean rooms, including a honeymoon suite. Each has a private bath, charming old world furnishings, period fixtures, air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV and DVD player with complimentary movies, and free wireless internet connection for your laptop. All rooms have access to the common area - a balcony with partial ocean and mountain views and a shared guest kitchen.
 The Ekahi Room
A large, (13 by 12) Victorian room which features a
cherry Queen size four-poster bed and gentleman's chest, chair, period lighting and accessories, and is decorated in country mustards, blue and old red.
April 15 thru Dec 14: $122 per night plus tax

The Elua Room
Features a twin size bed with a second twin size trundle bed that pulls out and "pops up" from below. It is decorated in
crisp white and apple green, with whimsical accessories and lighting. This is our smallest room, (approx 10 by 12), with a small closet, but the price is right.

The Eha Room
The
Eha room also doubles as the honeymoon suite, and is the largest room, (approx 15 by 12). In addition to the door from the hall, it also has a set of French Doors that lead directly onto the balcony. It is nearest the water, and has a Queen size pine canopy bed draped with sheers, and
covered with a Hawaiian Quilt, as well as two arm chairs, period lighting and accessories. It is done in soft yellow and
lavender.

 We recently remodeled our condo in the Lahaina Shores building top to bottom. Located in the only hotel in Lahaina on the beach, this beautiful NON smoking, mountain view 6th floor studio is within walking distance to all of Lahaina's shops, restaurants, galleries and shows as well as Lahaina's famous Banyan Tree Park where most of Maui's festivals and events take place. It is just a short walk on Front St, or on the beach, to our picturesque harbor where you can embark on a snorkeling or fishing trip, a whale watching adventure, take a surf lesson, or connect to the Island of Molokai or Lanai on a ferry. The perfect place to stay in the perfect location, Lahaina Shores is a small building where all the units are individually owned, and has a 24 hr front desk. It has a friendly family atmosphere not found in the artificial environments of the large resorts. Our “holoholo hale”, (vacation home), has a full bath and a roomy vanity area as well as a large closet and full kitchen. Our condo features an internet connection for your laptop, cable TV and of course air-conditioning. Our condo is NOT in our B&B but in the Lahaina Shores building at 475 Front St. Rates - April 15 - Dec 14 -125/night + tax, Dec 15 - April 15 - 145/night + tax. Map, directions, welcome/policy letter and activity brochures will be mailed to you along with a policy agreement, (required to confirm your reservation).

~Terms~
Three night minimum stay required but we may accept shorter stays if availability allows - add a 50$ one time cleaning fee for B&B rooms. We have a five night minimum stay required for our condo, add a 125$ one time cleaning fee for shorter stays. A 50 percent deposit is required at time of booking and the balance 30 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, M.C or Discover. You may send a personal check but please allow enough time for your check to arrive and post, (3-5 days from mainland U.S - more for our foreign visitors). Makes checks payable to Penny's Place Inn Paradise.
~Cancellations~
Cancellation Policy -Reservation deposits for bookings cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival date will be returned. Reservation deposits, (or a portion of), for bookings cancelled less than 60
days, but more than 30 days, will be returned ONLY if we are able to rebook the same room for part or all of the same time period.
With less than 30 days notice we are unable to issue refunds.
There is a
$50 processing fee for any cancellations, changes to your reservation or invalid
credit card information.
~Policies~

~Smoking is strictly prohibited in all public places.
~Anyone found to be smoking will be charged a $500 fine and asked to leave without reimbursement or compensation.
~Alcohol is permitted in moderation.
~Per County of Maui Licensing
Regulations, maximum occupancy is two persons per room
~We ask that you are considerate of other guests and respectful of the property.
